1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 57vnet platform — whether through the website at 57vnet.app, the 57vnet Android mobile app, or any other access point we provide — you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 57vnet platform. Registering an account is treated as acceptance of these terms in their current form. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 57vnet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57vnet account credentials — your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 57vnet support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 57vnet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency conversions applied to standard account transactions.

• Deposits are made via Philippine online banking channels and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine bank account via bank transfer. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

5 Gaming Rules and Betting

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out or bet edit feature is explicitly available for a specific market.
• 57vnet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Winnings from sports bets are settled in PHP to your account balance after the relevant event concludes and results are confirmed.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies is considered abuse and may result in account suspension and the voiding of affected bets.
• 57vnet may impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or account-level restrictions at its discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

57vnet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other rewards to registered players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is active.

• General promotional terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are defined per promotion and are not implied by these general Terms and Conditions.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
